What we do

• Specialist Complex Care We support individuals with the most intricate needs, including: Tracheostomy care, suction, and ventilation. Gastrostomy feeding, passive movement exercises, and cough assist. Conditions like spinal injuries, rare genetic disorders, and physical disabilities. Our Approach: Every care plan is unique, designed collaboratively with clients and families to ensure it addresses specific medical, emotional, and lifestyle needs
• Mental Health and Neurodiversity Support For those with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviors, or other neurodiverse diagnoses, we provide: Crisis prevention strategies. Behavioral support plans reviewed frequently in partnership with MDTs. Compliance with the Restraint Reduction Network standards.
• 1-1 Wraparound Education Service We work closely with SEND teams to provide 1-1 support for children with additional needs, ensuring their EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) is met. Services include: Helping the child prepare for school in the morning. Transporting them safely to school. Supporting them throughout the school day to manage behaviors and academic tasks. Bringing them home safely and liaising with parents for a seamless transition.
• Respite Support at Home We recognize the dedication of parents and caregivers and understand the importance of self-care. Our team provides in-home support, giving parents a much-needed break or respite. Flexible care tailored to your family’s schedule and needs.
