We are an Astronomy group, based in Horsham, West Sussex. Currently our membership is approximately 30. We meet typically the first Wednesday of each month (term times permitting), from 6.30pm for a 7pm start. We have a varied programme of talks throughout the year, followed by group observing sessions on the school grounds. Previous speakers have included Nik Szymanek, Paul Money and Pete Lawrence. Topics have included Globular Clusters, Observing The Sun and CCD Imaging.
Members also have free access to the use of a PST solar telescope and a Vixen refractor telescope. If you have an interest for Astronomy, whatever your level, we'd love to hear from you!!
