- an overview of why we all have anxiety and what psychoeducation on anxiety should include
- an overview of an intervention that can support CYP with anxiety and EBSA with resources and training to support this work
- theory and practice using ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to give CYP a wider range of tools to respond when noticing anxiety and develop psychological flexibility
