As part of Carers Rights Day 2026, Carers Support West Sussex is hosting 2 free events to help employers, managers and HR professionals build more carer-friendly workplaces.
The sessions will cover:

- flexible working rights
- workplace adjustments
- supportive policies
- practical ways to support employees with caring responsibilities

- Online webinar: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 11am to 12 noon. Book your place.
- Employer brunch at Crawley Library: Thursday 19 November 2026, 10am to 12 noon.
Both events are free to attend, and attendees will receive a free employer guide.
