Collaborative workspace

The_Track in Bognor Regis is an exciting new creative and collaborative workspace, which has been delivered by West Sussex County Council, with the support of the Coast to Capital LEP. The space has been designed by internationally renowned designer, and West Sussex resident, Wayne Hemingway and his team at Hemingway Design.

The_Track is open for local businesses, entrepreneurs and freelancers to book a tour of the space, so they can learn more about how they can benefit from working locally.

The_Track offers shared and collaborative workspace, events space, meeting rooms and ultrafast fibre connection for emerging creative and digital businesses in the area.

Managing the new workspace are the experienced and innovative operators Town Square Spaces who have successfully developed thriving workspaces in Caerphilly, Wrexham and Bicester. The_Track operates on a flexible membership basis that promotes collaboration and peer-to-peer support.
