Larksfield Place - Horsham

We have appointed urban regeneration specialist, Muse Developments, to lead the works to develop Larksfield Place, formally Horsham Enterprise Park.

Commercial and residential regeneration project

The Larksfield Place project is to regenerate an 18.5 acre brownfield site in Horsham. Formerly owned by Novartis Pharmaceuticals, it was purchased by the County Council in December 2016.

Muse are bringing forward detailed proposals for a mixed commercial and residential scheme that will boost the local economy. Further information is available on the Horsham Enterprise Park website.

Flex-to-fit workspace

Larksfield Place will offer the next generation employment spaces which encourage collaboration, social interaction, and innovation The site offers 45,000 sq ft to 230,000 sq ft of flex-to-fit workspace targeting Net Zero Carbon buildings.

The site is well connected with Gatwick Airport, London, Brighton and Crawley, and is close to the South Downs National Park and the West Sussex coastline. For further details view the Larksfield Place website.
