Gail has years of direct experience of running her family’s businesses. Her background is in finance, but she is able to advise on a broad range of business challenges.

Gail is embedded in the local business support landscape and can refer clients to other experts where needed.

Taygon Paxton - Business Support and Marketing Officer

Taygan will, in most cases, be the first point of contact for businesses when they email the Growth Hub.

Through her role as the team’s triage officer, Taygan makes a first assessment of the support a business may need, before referring on where appropriate.

Taygan specialises in support for start-ups and for businesses who need digital marketing and social media support.
