Find out how you can pay a selection of Council invoices online.

1 Pay an invoice

Pay an invoice online

You will need:

  • your invoice number
  • your customer reference number
  • your email address
  • your card details.

Throughout the process you will be guided on what you need to do.

Please allow at least 1 full working day after making your payment for us to update your records.

2 The cards we accept as payment

  • Delta
  • Euro
  • Laser
  • Mastercard
  • Solo
  • Switch
  • Visa

We do not accept:

  • American Express Diners
  • JCB
  • Visa Electron

3 Receipts

Once the payment is authorised, a receipt will be sent to your email address.

4 Problems paying?

If your payment is declined when you try and pay this means that it has been refused by your bank. West Sussex County Council will not know the reason for this, so you will need to contact your card issuer.
