TCES National Online School (NOS) is the first and only DfE-accredited online SEND school in the country, accredited through the Department for Education’s Online Education Accreditation Scheme (OEAS). We provide full-time, small-group therapeutic education for students with a range of complex needs including: Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), as well as for any child unable to attend school in person. Our online classes are small, with a maximum of 8 pupils, allowing for personalised and targeted pastoral support. Students follow a structured timetable that includes core academic subjects, regular assemblies, and a wide range of extra-curricular clubs, promoting both educational progress and social development. Students can join NOS on a short-term basis (minimum 12 weeks) to re-engage with learning and prepare for reintegration into an in-person setting, or they may remain with us longer term. We offer a variety of accredited qualifications, including GCSEs, Btecs, A-Levels, AQA Unit Awards, and Functional Skills. All students receive a brand new Chromebook with pre installed monitoring and filtering software. Since gaining DfE accreditation, NOS has been recognised nationally and shortlisted for prestigious education awards by TES, CYP Now, and Nasen.

Our users say

Before I joined NOS, I always had fights and I wasn’t a great student as I struggled making friendships or bonds with anyone, until I joined the best school ever - NOS. The school boosted my confidence because I made friends and I engaged with teachers!' – Student at TCES NOS.
'Before coming to TCES our daughter had been failed by her mainstream school. She was lost, completely out for school and unable to even engage with her therapy sessions. She had gone from a happy, bubbly, fun child to a housebound shell of her former self. It feels like we have our child back now, she has found her smile again and on top of attending school for the first time in over a year, she is now taking small steps out and about with us and she is enjoying life again. That is directly thanks to her move to TCES and we cannot thank them enough for seeing the best in her and allowing her to thrive. I don't want to think about what might have been if she hadn't of gotten her placement but it's fair to say it wouldn't have been good. We can't thank them enough for helping her when no one else would' - Parent of Student.
'Thank You to all the truly amazing staff at NOS who not only give my son a wonderful education but also truly care about and help with his emotional & Mental Wellbeing!' - Parent of student.
'Every day, our daughter attends her school with positive mind. She turns on he computer ahead of lessons to check her calendar, messages and to ensure that she is up to date with all he assignments. This is wonderful to see her thrive academically and to develop personally. As parents we are deeply grateful to TCES for all their support provided'. - Parent of student.
'TCES National Online School appears to be the perfect solution for our daughter and she says that she wants to continue with the school.' - Parent of student
