Our complaints procedure
All complaints about our services, with the exception of
Adults' Social Care, Children's
Social Care, and schools, follow our
two-step corporate complaints
procedure.
Complaints about breaches of the Freedom
of Information (FOI) Act (including non-compliance with the
Publication Scheme) should also be initially dealt with under the
corporate complaints procedure.
There are separate procedures in place for complaints against the conduct of a
Councillor.
