Employee equality and diversity data
We strive to be a fair place to work and want to create a
workforce force that is representative of the Community that we
serve. To help us achieve our objectives we profile and monitor the
make up of our workforce by race, disability, gender, age, religion
or belief and sexual orientation.
The outcomes of this year’s monitor were presented to our
Internal Systems and Staffing Board on 12 July 2011. The data
referred to reflects our workforce as at 1 April 2011. The report
and appendices are available to download from supporting
documents.
Please note that the monitoring of data is a continuous process
and information maybe withdrawn and replaced to ensure that our
information is kept up to date.
