Each year we produce reports for the Standards Committee, outlining the numbers of complaints and compliments made to each of the County Council's service areas.
The reports also contain details of the complaints dealt with by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO). An annual performance letter and supporting data for West Sussex County Council is available on the LGSCO website.
