Complaints performance
We produce annual monitoring reports for the Standards
Committee, and from 2009-10 we have also produced a Customer
Relations Annual Report which is more comprehensive. These
give the numbers of complaints dealt with by the County Council's
various services, together with other quantitative data and
commentaries.
The reports also contain information about complaints dealt with by
the Local Government Ombudsman.
The Annual Reports are available for download under
supporting documents below.
The Local Government Ombudsman also produces an annual letter,
together with supporting data. These letters can also be downloaded
below.
