Images
Alternative text (alt text) has been added to all
images on our website. The text contained in the alt text
will depend on the reason for the image:
- Content images - will have alternative
text with a summary of the image.
- Images used as links - will have alternative
text with a summary of the image.
- Decorative images - will be given empty
alternative text, so that they are silent when a screen reader
reads the page.
- Images of text - will use the visible text as
their alternatives.
Enlarging images
Images can be enlarged by your browsers built-in
resizing.
Internet Explorer
- Go to the drop down menu 'View'.
- Select 'Text size' and choose the font size you prefer.
Firefox
- Go to the drop down menu 'View'.
- Select 'Zoom' and choose 'Zoom in'.
