Our specialist services are aimed at people
with a physical, sensory or memory impairment and people with an
acquired brain injury.
The services are mainly used by older
people but are also suitable for younger adults where we can meet
their particular needs.
People must meet the County Council’s
eligibility criteria for adults’ social care. Staff at our
local social care offices can discuss this and explain our
assessment process.
