Renewing an existing bus pass
Bus passes are renewed automatically and posted to the
registered address we hold for you. If you have not received your
new bus pass by the expiry date, which can be found on your current
pass, or have a general query about this process please
contact the West Sussex Bus Pass Information Line on 0845 075
1018 (local rate).
If your details have changed you can notify us by contacting the
West Sussex Bus Pass Information Line on 0845 075 1018 (local

There may be circumstances where we need to ask you to provide
up-to-date proofs and in that case you will be contacted before the
expiry date.
Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass
If you have lost your card, or it has been stolen,
please contact the West Sussex Bus Pass Information Line on
0845 075 1018 (local rate).
Cards that have been stolen will be replaced free of charge if a
crime reference number is given, otherwise a charge of £5 is made
for replacement cards.
Railcards
In West Sussex we can offer either a one year Senior Railcard or
Disabled Persons Railcard instead of a bus pass. A railcard will
save you a third off standard and first class off-peak rail fares
across Britain. Please use the same form as the bus pass to
apply.
