Community transport organisations
provide access to employment and services for rural communities and
people who, through a mobility impairment, may find travelling on
public transport difficult.
Local services include community buses, social car schemes,
community or group transport, dial-a-rides, non-emergency ambulance
services and shopmobility schemes.
