Trigger sprays

How to dispose of trigger sprays.

Trigger spray bottles

Trigger sprays can be recycled in your recycling bin at home when attached to clean, empty bottles as they will be separated out later in the recycling process.

  • Which home bin

Please do not place them in the recycling bin loose as they are too small and will get lost in the recycling process. Loose trigger sprays will need to go into the general waste.

  • Which RC container

Use the mixed recycling container for trigger sprays attached to clean empty bottles. Use the general waste container for loose trigger sprays.

  • Which RC accept this waste?

All our recycling centres accept trigger sprays.

  • Further information

Bottle tops can also be recycled in this way.
