SEN Assessment Team feedback

Let us know what you think of our service.

The Special Education Needs Assessment Team (SENAT) has a new, shared feedback email address that can be used to provide feedback to the service.

Please keep your feedback constructive as doing so enables us to:

  • review and improve service delivery
  • learn from good practice and share this amongst the wider team.

Please include items of feedback such as:

  • what worked well
  • what didn’t work as well
  • what do you think would have improved things
  • any other comments.

What we do with your feedback

Service leads in SENAT regularly collate feedback and consider themes and any required action. Feedback is anonymised where required and feeds into service planning and review.

We do not respond to feedback we receive here. However, we produce an anonymised annual summary which we share with:

If you wish to raise a more formal complaint about the service or other service delivered by the County Council, please review our complaints pages for advice and information about this process.

Questions or concerns

Please do not raise child, young person or family-related questions or concerns through the email above. These areas are part of ongoing, active work, so it is important for you continue to liaise with your key contact in the service. However, if you do not know who this is, please use one of the following email addresses:

South area - Chichester, Bognor Regis, Midhurst, Petworth, Worthing, Steyning, Littlehampton, Angmering, Shoreham and Portslade.

North area - Crawley, Horsham, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath.
