Charges for Fixed Penalty Notice highway permit violations

A Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) will be issued if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit or licence.

Discount applies if paid within 29 calendar days.
Full amount if paid between 30 and 36 calendar days.
Legal proceeding will commence if payment is not received after 36 calendar days.

FPN charges: Showing offence type, maximum court fine, the full FPN amount and the reduced FPN amount.
