Wellbeing drop-ins at Durrington Library

Get a free health and lifestyle MOT at Durrington Library.

On the third Wednesday of every month, between 11am – 2pm, Adur & Worthing Wellbeing will be holding monthly drop-ins at Durrington Library.

The next session takes place on Wednesday 17 February 2016.

The service can help you to find local wellbeing information and services.

You can get advice and support on how to make small changes to improve your health and wellbeing, including how to stop smoking, lose weight, become more active or make your meals healthier.

Adur & Worthing Wellbeing is a friendly and impartial service with the majority of the services free of charge.

The Wellbeing drop-ins are just one of many regular sessions held at the library, which also stocks more than 14,000 items on its shelves for customers to borrow.

Adults can enjoy the monthly knit & natter session, which takes place on the first Friday at 11am, or join the lively board games group who meet monthly on the last Friday at 10.30am.

Anyone struggling with an IT problem can get free help on a Monday morning from a volunteer computer buddy.

For children, there is a board games club after school on Tuesdays (term-time only) at 4.30pm.

For more information about any of these activities,  speak to a member of staff.
