More than 300 candidates will be contesting the West Sussex County Council elections on Thursday 4 May.
Nominations for the 70 county divisions were published today (Wednesday 5 April).
The current constitution of the council is: Conservative 43, UKIP 10, Liberal Democrats seven, Labour six, Independent members three, and two vacancies.

Votes will be counted on Friday 5 May, and results will be published on the County Council website. People can see the results as they come in by following @WSCCNews on Twitter.
