On Thursday 17 September, the West Sussex Library Service is hosting a free online event with international bestselling author, Lesley Pearse.
The event is part of a virtual series called ‘Libraries from Home’ run by Libraries Connected.
As the author of 28 global bestsellers, Lesley will talk about her fascinating writing career and her latest chart-topper, Liar.
This new novel is an enthralling story of murder and lies and winner of the 2020 Woman & Home Book Choice Award.
Tickets for the event are free and the session will take place over Zoom from 7pm and details of how to register can be found on the library events page.
West Sussex residents will have the opportunity to submit questions for a Q&A at the end of the talk and can do so when they register or by sending their questions via email.
The event with Lesley is one of just six being held in the UK ahead of Libraries Week which runs from 5-10 October 2020.
