‘Bobby On the Beat’ is the title of the next lunchtime talk at Chichester Library.
The talk will take place at the Library in Tower St, PO19 1QJ, on Thursday 27 April from 12.10 - 12.50.
The talk is free and there is no need to book - but it’s best to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Bob Dixon will recount his memories as a 1960s policeman in London’s tough East End. You’ll get an honest insight into life as a copper ‘on the beat’ and hear the drama and the danger of his job. Bob will recall the funny, sad and often incredible events that he witnessed.
