Feedback sought in bus user survey

'We would like to know more about how people use our supported bus routes'

Release date: 10 October 2018

Opinions are being sought as the county council continues its bus strategy review.

Feedback is needed to understand the impact for passengers and others if any potential changes are made to supported bus services.

Roger Elkins, county council Cabinet Member for Highways and Infrastructure, said: “We recently held a Bus Strategy Consultation, with an excellent response and I would like to thank all those who took the time to respond.

“Now we would like to know more about how people use our supported bus routes.”

Most routes in West Sussex are operated by bus companies on a commercial basis, and these are not part of this survey. However, some routes receive a subsidy from the county council to help them run.
