Important subjects to be scrutinised by county councillors

A range of important subjects will be scrutinised by county councillors at the Environment, Communities and Fire Select Committee on 6 December. These include:

• The council’s draft response to Gatwick Airport Ltd’s Masterplan Consultation;

• Savings proposals to the Fire Service Operations and Public Protection budgets in 2019/20;

• The strategic plan to implement on-street parking controls at various locations in the county;

• The West Sussex Bus Strategy 2018-2026 and recommendations for changes to financial support for the non-commercial bus network.

The public can view the first two discussions live, via the internet on West Sussex webcasts
