Drop in to Chichester Library and learn the secrets of literary success from a West Sussex author at a free talk.

Fact into Fiction: One Way of Writing a Novel is the title of the next in a series of popular lunchtime talks.

It will take place on Thursday 23 February from 12.10pm to 12.50pm.

Author David Warwick, from Chichester, will explain how the ingredients of a great novel are in each of us - we just need to search them out.

He says that writing about what you know is just the beginning and recommends taking this a stage further by asking yourself ‘what if?’, ‘how come?’ and ‘why not?’

His own novel, Chorus Endings, has a plot involving espionage and insanity, homicide and betrayal, all set against the backdrop of everyday events and experiences.

For more information, please contact Chichester Library on 01243 777351 or email chichester.library@westsussex.gov.uk

There is no need to book, but please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
