Day centres in East Grinstead and Crawley are joining together to celebrate autumn with home-baked cakes.
Everyone is invited to enjoy a variety of stalls at the Maidenbower Autumn Fair on Saturday 29 October.
The event is raising money for Maidenbower Day Centre, in Crawley, and Glen Vue Day Centre, in East Grinstead.
No two stalls will be the same with a range of goods on sale ranging from luxury bath and shower products to made-to-order sweets.
And for those wanting a treat while they browse, there will be delicious home-baked cakes along with teas and coffee.
Other attractions will include an art sale, a tombola and a raffle.
Peter Catchpole, West Sussex County Council’s Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health, said: “Both of these day centres do a brilliant job of providing services for adults with a variety of needs, including those with dementia or a physical or sensory impairment.
“Staff at the day centres can offer a variety of support and this fair is one way to give back whilst enjoying some delicious treats!”
The Crawley Forget Me Knots will also be at the autumn fair which runs from 1.30pm to 4pm.
Entry and on-site parking is free or there is a straightforward bus route for those coming from East Grinstead town centre to the fair at Maidenbower Community Hall, in Harvest Road.
