Join us for an evening with Alexandra Heminsley, Sunday Times top ten bestselling author, ghostwriter and broadcaster, as part of Wellbeing month.

Alex has interviewed Jessica Ennis, Paula Radcliffe and Kyle Edmund, and has been nominated for the William Hill Sports Book of the Year Award.

Alex will be talking about her two books, Running Like a Girl and Leap In, and the link between exercise and wellbeing.

Copies of her books will be available to buy on the night.
