Request your library PIN number

Complete our secure online form to have your library catalogue PIN emailed to you.

This is a manual service that operates Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, and we aim to complete requests as quickly as possible.

  • This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
  • Please allow yourself enough time to complete this form in one session as there is not an option to save and come back to it later.
  • The questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and require an answer. You do not have to answer all of the other questions, but it would help us if you do.
  • We can only disclose a PIN for the named holder of a library card. The only exception is that we can also provide the PIN for a child under 12 to his or her parent or guardian.
  • If you are requesting a PIN for a child under 12 please complete the form using the child's details.
  • We reserve the right to withhold the PIN if we are not satisfied the enquiry is from the card holder.
  • We will update your account details using the information you submit.
  • For security purposes, we will copy in the existing email address on your account in our response if you supply a new email address.
