Forgotten your PIN?

How to get a reminder of what it is so you can access our online services.

When you join the library you will be issued with a numbered library card and PIN.

You can use these to sign in online to:

  • check the items you have on loan
  • renew items
  • reserve items
  • check the status of your reserved items
  • check whether your personal details are correct.

We can email you a reminder of your Personal Identification Number (PIN) if you have forgotten it.

To request your pin:

  • complete our online form
  • or start a chat with one of our advisers (available Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm). If an adviser is available you will see an orange 'Start a chat' box at the bottom of the page

You can also get your PIN by visiting any West Sussex library. You will need to bring your library card and some identification with you.
