Help getting online

We can help if you're looking to get online and develop your digital skills.

Visit one of our libraries and receive help getting online. This includes:

  • accessing information
  • saving and managing money
  • social networking
  • pursuing hobbies, interests and learning
  • keeping in touch
  • having fun
  • finding a job.

You will be able to access a number of different resources and training.

Library computers, internet access and Wi-Fi

We have over 200 free-to-use public computers, with a good range of up to date software and large touchscreens.

Learn My Way sessions

There are Learn My Way sessions available at some of our libraries which offer help and support with the basics, run by our friendly digital champion volunteers.

Computer buddy sessions

Do you have a computer query or question? Come along to one of our computer buddy sessions at your local library.

IT drop-in sessions

Need help with the public computers in our libraries? Our larger libraries offer drop-in sessions where staff or volunteers will give you help to get the most out of our public computers.
