Our rooms
All the rooms at Edes House are individual in style and design, the below provides an idea of the house and its varied rooms.
Cowdray room
The Cowdray room is located on the ground floor, an intimate room ideal for small ceremonies, meetings or interviews.
Warnham room
Also located on the ground floor this oak- panelled room has a relaxed, lounge -style feel. Being used as an intimate ceremony room for 14 guests to a break out room for a meeting or additional area for guests to gather at a private function.
Leconfield room
A beautiful floral room with a Central Tilman of London table that can seat up to 20 people for meetings, lunches and perfect for an afternoon tea.

Norfolk room
This sunny south facing room, located on the first floor is currently being used to assist the coroners service with inquests.
Richmond room
This bright, 'golden' room on the first floor has a grand feel, with beautiful fireplaces and late Georgian chandeliers. There is also a Yamaha C3 baby grand piano available for use by a qualified pianist. Used as our largest ceremony room, this room is also ideal for team meetings, concerts and conferences for a maximum of 60 guests.
Goodwood room
Located on the first floor, this light airy room, with its picturesque fireplace and delftware tiles, is ideal for small meetings, seating up to eight.

Sussex room
This top floor meeting space is in the attic of the house. With its dark wooden beams, you still have the feel of the house itself. Perfect for a team meeting with its own break out space. Please note there is no lift access to this floor from the first floor.
