July 2018

  • Thursday 19 July - Biker Down! This is a free, nationwide scheme devised to help bikers if they are involved in a crash. The course is approximately four hours long.
  • Saturday 21 July - Worthing Fire Station open day. Come along to Worthing’s circus-themed open day, 10.00am-4.00pm. This free day out contains shows and activities for people of all ages. Free parking is provided at Worthing college.
  • Saturday 28 July - Crawley Fire Station open day. Join the crew at Crawley where you can see displays from all emergency services, have fun on the bouncy castle, indulge in ice-creams and more.

August 2018

  • Saturday 18 August - WSFRS climb and descent of Everest. Join our firefighters, who are raising money for The Firefighters Charity, outside the Assembly Rooms, North Street, Chichester, 10.00am-5.00pm. The Firefighters Charity was set up to support firefighters and their families when they need them most.

October 2018

  • Saturday 6 October - Bognor Regis Fire Station open day. Meet your local firefighters at Bognor Regis Fire Station, 10.00am-4.00pm. The event includes demonstrations, competitions, BBQ and more.
  • Wednesday 17 October - Biker Down! This is a free, nationwide scheme devised to help bikers if they are involved in a crash. The course is approximately four hours long.

Safe Drive Stay Alive

Safe Drive Stay Alive is a live stage show aimed at 16-18 year old students who are either already driving or learning to drive. 

It aims to help keep young people safe on the roads by showing them the devastating consequences of serious road accidents.
