Community support and COVID-19

Children and Family Centres

There are 12 Children and Family Centres open for families to access the following services:

• Drop-ins for information, advice, and guidance
• Crisis support
• Toy library.

Group work will not be reintroduced at the current time. However, we are working with our partners to facilitate their delivery if it is safe to do so. An update will be provided at the earliest opportunity.

Health services will continue to be delivered from Children and Family Centres as they have done throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Children’s social care

This service is currently running as usual and our staff are working hard to prioritise vulnerable children and young people.
