Health and wellbeing
On 1 August, the UK Government will further relax its shielding guidance for people who are clinically extremely vulnerable.
For now, the advice remains the same - stay at home and only go outside to exercise or to spend time outdoors with a member of your household, or with one other person from another household if you live alone.
Shielding and other advice to clinically vulnerable people remains advisory.
