1 Request support

We are focused on making sure we continue to support the most vulnerable people in our community.

Please select the most appropriate support option from the choices below:

If your request is urgent, for example, you are going to run out of food, medicine or essential supplies within the next three days, please phone 033 022 27980 so that we can make sure you get the help you need as quickly as possible.

Option 1 - Government support and advice

Visit GOV.UK to find a full breakdown of the latest Government information.

Option 2 - Local support

Some help can be provided by district and borough councils, including support and advice about housing and rent payments.

Option 3 - County Council support

If your support need is urgent (for example, you are going to run out of food, medicine or essential supplies within three days), you should call West Sussex Community Hub on 033 022 27980

For non-urgent COVID-19 related support including requests for food, medicine or essential supplies, complete the online support form below.

Option 4 - Household Support fund

We are experiencing high demand and will aim to respond to all applications within 10 working days upon receipt of your application.

The Household Support fund has been extended for an additional six months until the end of September 2022. You can find further guidance on GOV.UK.

We are providing support to help the most vulnerable households deal with rising costs of essentials. If your application is successful, you will receive a voucher based on the size of your household, or support with paying essential household bills.

You will need to provide evidence to support your application when completing the application form. Our team will assess your circumstances against our eligibility criteria.

Please complete the online support form below.
