Sing Your Heart Out! is a daytime singing for health and well-being group. We are a friendly, supportive group that meets up once a week to sing songs and socialise. No previous singing experience is necessary, songs are taught by a "singing it back" method making it easy for everyone to enjoy all that singing together as a group brings. It's a fun and great way to relieve stress, make friends and improve your all-round health and wellbeing through the power of song! Please do contact the leader before attending a session.
