Help and advice with childcare and early education

Contact the Family Information Service about childcare, family activities and support for parents and carers of 0-25 year olds.

The FIS provides information and support about childcare and family activities to parents and carers of 0-25 year-olds. 

When you contact us we will ask for your name, address, phone number and whether you have accessed the service before.

The service is free, regardless of how many times you call.
