Payslip advertising

Reach more than 12,500 employees across West Sussex with our payslip advertising.

Given the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we have suspended the production of payslip advertising until further notice.

The majority of our 12,500 payslip recipients are West Sussex County Council school staff, but the number also includes some academies and free schools.

Staff include teachers, teaching assistants and administrators. In addition, our school crossing patrols and some social and caring services staff also receive a payslip.

Staff receive their payslips in a DL size envelope on the 24th of each month, or the nearest date prior to the 24th if it falls on a weekend (the exception being December).

Limited advertising space is offered in three size options:

  • Option 1. 190mm x 85mm
  • Option 2. 190mm x 170mm
  • Option 3. 190mm x 255mm.

Your advertisement will be printed to your chosen size on a A4 sheet, along with other content and added as an insert to the payslip envelope.

The payslip also includes internal news, information and staff discounts and has proved to be an important way to reach staff.

The cost is £300 plus VAT for option 1, for one month. If you require option 2 or 3 or multiple months, please email advertising@westsussex.gov.uk or phone 033 022 22409.

Monthly payslips advertising deadline is 1st of each month and issued to staff on 24th or, around the nearest working day of each month.
