Information for West Sussex childcare providers during COVID-19

Find the latest guidance about operating during COVID-19.

All childcare providers are affected by the Government’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Refer to the document below for guidance, answers to frequently asked questions, links to national information published by Government, and how to ask us a question.

All providers should ensure that they are receiving email bulletins from the Early Help Service, even if temporarily closed. If you are not, please contact us.

All providers, except Out Of School provision, are required to complete a data capture survey once per week and the survey is open from Monday to Wednesday only. We require this information for the Department for Education. We will remind you to complete it via our email bulletins.

Please note: this survey should be completed by West Sussex Local Authority area providers only and that the link to the survey is different each week.

You do not need to complete the survey during the summer holidays if your provision is closed for the break.
