|Biography:||Andy Petch was born in 1976 and grew up in Horsham. He went to Tanbridge House School and then Collyers before going on to study The Science and Management of Health and Fitness. He comes from a large family with three elder brothers.
Andy is in his 13th year as a wholetime fire-fighter at Hove Fire Station in East Sussex, having previously worked for Surrey and Greater Manchester Brigades. In 2002 he received the Chief County Fire Officer's Commendation for outstanding performance following an incident.
A keen sportsman, he has been involved in local clubs throughout his life, and is Captain of Horsham Trinity Cricket Club . He's also a member of the Fire Brigades Union and the Royal British Legion.

I believe that being elected means listening to people, acting promptly on their concerns and keeping them informed of what is going on.'
