|Biography:||Born in Southampton, Graham Jonesí early career was spent in HM Forces where he was trained as a draughtsman with Royal Signals, a career path he followed into civilian life. During his time in the military he served with the Parachute Signal Squadron and the SAS Signal Squadron. He later served part-time in the TA with 4th Battalion The Parachute Regiment.
Graham's career as a draughtsman brought him to West Sussex where he worked on the electrical design of flight simulators. Redundancy in the 1990s forced a career re-think and he became a support staff administrator with Sussex Police. He later re-located to North Devon where he was employed in the Aerospace Industry.
Family ties in West Sussex recently brought him and his wife back to the county and they now live in Elmer. Graham was employed by a local engineering company up until the 2013 Council elections but has now retired in order to concentrate on his role as a county councillor.
Previous local government experience whilst living in Lancing includes time spent as an elected member of Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council.
