| Teaching Assistant - Burgess Hill Centre
Pay - NJC Grade 4 (actual pay 18,843-19,142) Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, term-time only. About WSAPC West Sussex Alternative Provision College (WSAPC) is an educational establishment based across the county on seven separate sites, providing education for pupils whom are permanently excluded, at risk of exclusion or too ill to attend school. Our ethos is to provide FOCUS (Future, Opportunities:, Curriculum, Us, School) for our pupils to re-engage them in their learning and support re-integration to mainstream provision. What we are looking for: Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the classroom. We are seeking an individual who can support our teachers and motivate and encourage our pupils. Do you want to join a friendly and committed team to working with young people who may present with challenging behaviours. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, commitment and a positive approach and attitude.
