We are seeking to appoint an admin assistant to work in our school office. The post holder will be a welcoming face for our families, visitors and learners. You will play an important role in assisting the smooth running of administrational and clerical aspects of the school. We are looking for an organised team-player who is able to prioritise tasks effectively and would like to work within a thriving school community.

Visits to see our fantastic school in action are warmly welcomed.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Communicating with pupils, parents/carers, staff and outside agencies alongside the office team
2. Undertaking word-processing and IT based clerical tasks including Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word/Excel/Forms
3. Administer first aid/ medicines in school
4. Produce and respond to correspondence
5.Take an active role in safeguarding pupils and following school policies and procedures
6.. General admin tasks as directed by the school secretary and the Senior Leadership Team
