| A rare opportunity exists to recruit a qualified HLTA to our school.
Woodlands Meed is a foundation special school, split over two sites in Burgess Hill, for pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex special needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. We are also a Specialist School for Communication and Interaction This is fixed term opportunity to cover maternity leave. 35 hours per week. Term time only Grade 8 HLTA, Grade 8 SCP 20-24 £25991 pro-rata. The HLTA role involves being a senior member of support staff. HLTAs cover teacher absences in any relevant class and regularly plan and deliver their own timetabled lessons. We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who has a passion for SEN .
