| This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful team on a fixed term basis from 1st September 2021 until 22nd July 2022. The role is to provide support to Pupil Premium students especially with English, Maths and organisational skills.
• Providing students with 1-1 support. • Running 1:1 Maths and English interventions sessions. • Running an afterschool homework club for key students. • Communication with teachers, parents and external advisers. The successful candidate will need to be confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills preferably with experience of working in a school environment. You will be able to work unsupervised and meet new challenges creatively and positively. We will provide extensive training and support for you in this role. This role may be suitable for someone considering training to teach through School Direct which we can offer through the Inspire Teaching School Alliance which we lead.
