A Converter Academy Three Bridges, Crawley, West Sussex Exams Officer This is a permanent post 37 hours per week, Term Time plus 15 days Salary range £26,669 – £29,017, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement, per annum (calculated from FTE £29,382 - £31,968 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement) We are looking to appoint an experienced Exams Officer who can start as soon as possible. The perfect candidate will have previous experience as an Exams Officer working in a school or educational setting. As the Exams Officer you will be expected to be: •Responsible for the efficient administration, organisation and smooth running of our external and internal examinations •Fully aware of exam board regulations •Able to communicate exam board regulations to staff and student •Able to use and have knowledge of SIMS This will be a busy role, working with all members of the school community and external examination boards. We are looking for someone who has careful attention to detail, ability to communicate at all levels and has good organisational skills; in particular, effective in planning and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines. The working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate, but we need someone who will have a flexible approach to working hours during key exam periods as the need arises.
