Office Co-ordinator (Permanent) – Bramber Primary, Worthing
Part-time
Pay – Grade 4 point 5 / 6 FTE Salary £23,500 (actual £10,289.19)
Hours: 19.5 hours per week 8.30am – 3.30pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Start Date: 2nd September 2024

Closing Date – Midnight, Thursday 23rd May 2024
Interview Date – Friday 7th June 2024

Bramber Primary School is a one form entry, friendly and nurturing primary school with 206 children on roll. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, efficient and well organised person with a positive attitude to join our busy school.

You will play an important part in our team supporting pupils, parents and staff and work closely with the school business manager. You must therefore have strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person as well as in written communications and when using the telephone. You will need the ability to work independently in order to balance the range of tasks within the role. Ensuring all appropriate administrative and regulatory procedures are undertaken. You will therefore have highly competent IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
The role includes but is not limited to (see full job description):
• At the front of the school on main desk greeting children, parents, staff and visitors
• Being PA to the headteacher and teachers
• Answering phone calls
• Main first aider
• Managing data on our computer management system
