Start Date: 1st September 2024
Permanent; 32.5 hrs per week (8.30 am – 3.30 pm, Mon-Fri)
Term Time only plus 5 Inset days
Grade 6

We are looking for experienced teaching assistants who:

• Are committed to safeguarding
• Have the ability to follow all safeguarding policies and procedures
• Are caring and understanding of children’s needs
• Have high expectations of children’s attainment and behaviour
• Are very well organised & efficient
• Are open to advice, feedback and guidance from colleagues
• Are able to work as part of a team
• Have experience of directly working with children with SEN
• Have at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Are able to lead other colleagues
