An exciting opportunity has arisen at St. Peters CE Primary School for an aspirational leader to join our supportive and committed team. We are seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner to work in our vibrant, welcoming and supportive village school, supporting colleagues to further embed good practice and consistency across the school. You will be able to offer us: good classroom practice with proven experience of EYFS or the national curriculum; high expectations of behaviour and culture which motivates and inspires both children and adults with a sense of fun, creativity and an appetite for learning; good organisational skills and an ability to use own initiative and professional judgement; a strong understanding of strategies to raise pupil attainment and embed purposeful assessment in everyday classroom practice; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills which naturally engages pupils, parents, staff and the community; a willingness to contribute to the delivery of an appropriate programme of professional development in line with the School Improvement Plan and appraisal process; and a commitment to career progression, professional development and the wider life of the school including extracurricular activities.
